Elizabeth joined Tigo in July, 2014 with a unique wealth and blend of experience in performance management, talent development, resourcing and employee, gathered from practicing Human Resources Management in Ghana and in the UK. Before joining Tigo, Elizabeth worked with G4S Security Services, an international security company, as the Human Resource Director. Prior to that, she served in a similar position at Guinness Ghana Breweries Ltd, a subsidiary of Diageo Plc. Gifty Bingley

Gifty joined in July 2014, from Vodafone, where she managed both internal and external communications. Prior to that, she worked at the British High Commission in Ghana, where she managed Public Diplomacy on a wide range of policy issues, including the development of several bilateral projects, aimed at strengthening state institutions and improving living standards across Ghana. She also spent a decade at Ghana’s leading television network, TV3, where she rose through the ranks from Broadcast Journalist, to Head of News and also, Deputy Assignments Editor, where she developed and managed content for the various news bulletins.Gifty holds double masters degree in Political Communication from the University of Leeds, and Development Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Tara Squire
Commercial Director of Tigo
Tara Squire is responsible for both the Commercial and Mobile Financial Services (MFS) strategy and execution. This includes all products and services ranging from Voice, Data, Entertainment, Content, Solutions and Customer Value Management. He was previously the Chief Commercial Officer for 4G data services provider, Blu Telecom. Tara also worked at Vodafone Ghana as the Head of Consumer Marketing. Gottfried Sowah

With a career spanning over 15 years in the Banking sector including working for Standard Chartered Bank and Stanbic Bank, Gottfried joined Tigo in May 2015. He has a wealth of experience and understanding of Ghana’s business landscape, in particular the key drivers and dynamics of the economy.
